Israel Easy Medina

He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, loving grandpa and friend. His charismatic personality made him a friend to just about everyone he met. He had a broad smile and contagious friendly spirit. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

By trade, he was an auto mechanic and worked over 40 years in the industry, for Firestone and Discount Tires. He was an avid golfer and if he wasn’t playing, he loved watching it. It was one of his passions that he got to share with his sons and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Braulio Sr. and Eliza Medina, his son Israel “Sonny” Medina, Jr., his brothers Manuel Rios and Avel Medina, and his great-grandson Akenai Isiahz Lavoie.

He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years Linda Medina: his children: Jason, Vickie, Leeanne, Terri, Justin, Steven, Destine, Teresa, Shelly, Avel, and brother Braulio Jr.; 26 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. We are grateful for the assurance that one day we will see each other again.

A graveside service for Israel will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
