James "Jim" Dwayne Nelson

Jim entered into rest at the age of 82 on December 27, 2025. Jim was born on July 21, 1943, in Paris, Arkansas to James and Edna Nelson.

Jim had a career of transporting gas and petroleum. For four decades Jim took pride in a demanding and essential profession. He safely delivered fuel that kept communities, businesses, and families moving.

Jim was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and deep sense of responsibility. Jim is survived by: wife Cindi, son Randy (wife Robin), daughter Lindsey (husband Aaron), grandchildren Dylan, Lauren, and Luke, and great grandchild Sofia.

Jim leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will be carried on by his family and friends.
