JoAnn passed away peacefully at her home in Hesperia, CA with her family by her side. JoAnn graduated from Chino High School in 1956. She was a Teacher's Aid at Vista Del Valle Elementary School for 13 years. Loved traveling with her husband Ken and their dog Topie in their motor home, playing Bunco, Pedro, and running the fruit stand her dad started. She will be missed by her family and many friends. JoAnn is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Ken, daughter Judy Burlison Chavez, son Steve Burlison, granddaughters Alyssa and Haylee Chavez, brother Eddie Bernard (Linda) and two nieces, Sheri Bernard Warren and Jeanette Bernard. JoAnn was preceded in death by her father and mother Joe and Rose Bernard and son Marty Burlison. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to City of Hope, Duarte, CA or your favorite charity. Services will be held March 23rd at 2:00pm at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Ave. Ontario, CA followed by a Burial Service at Bellevue Cemetery.
