passed away on January 18, 2011, of a brain hemorrhage, at the age of 68. He was surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; daughter, Kristina; three brothers; one sister; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, all of whose lives were touched by John. We will never forget his laughter, kindness and love of life. John will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
