A native of Oklahoma, he was born September 2, 1936 to Morgan Matthew and Tommie Lucielle Moore.
A graduate of LaVerne College, Mr. Moore taught the majority of his 40 years at Montclair High School where he was a beloved teacher and coach.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie R. Moore (Apple Valley), children, Shawn Monroe (Robert), Tessie Mahoney (Skip), Lanny Moore (Alice), Debbie Grossburg (David), Dannette Gigliotti (Ray), 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Draper Mortuary in Ontario. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 4pm and the Funeral will take place on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 1pm.
