Louis served his country as a Navy veteran, a retired police officer, and AAA tow instructor, dedicating himself to a life of public service and community safety.
Away from work, Louis found simple, lasting enjoyment in fishing, model trains and gardening—time spent with patience, quiet focus, and appreciation for the outdoors.
Louis was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Foschi, and his daughter, Cheryl Ann Miller. He is survived by his son, Richard Foschi; his granddaughters, Christina Hansen, Anastasia Johnson, and Katherine Fetters; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson.
So grab a bowl of Spumoni ice cream and remember Chuck by his unmistakable point of view: “Dessert should be eaten first.”
