Lucia M. Chavez passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the age 83 in Upland, California. Lucia was born to Estella Blancas and Ernesto Matsushita on January 7th, 1939 in Chih, Mexico.
Lucia graduated high school and went on to college. Lucia was a homemaker for over 45 years. Lucia and her family have been residence of the upland area for over 45 years.
