Marcia "Kay" Bissonnette

Marcia Kay Bissonnette, 72, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, May 5, 2019 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Kay was born November 9, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to parents Marion and Rula Dale. Kay retired from the City of Pomona, where she served as an executive administrative assistant for 18 years. She loved going to the movies with friends and family. Kay was very shy, until you got to know her; then she would surprise you with her sense of humor. Kay was preceded in death by her parents, her children Adam and Stacie Payne, and grandson Travis Church. She is having a beautiful reunion with her loved ones. She is survived by husband Richard Bissonnette, children Cindy Diaz, Kristi Cox and her husband Andy, Tammy Church, and Jason Payne and his wife Nancy, grandchildren DJ, Nicolas, Alex, Cody, Andrew, Brandon, Amelia, and TJ, and siblings Wayne Dale, Jim Dale, and Lani Harper. She is also survived by loving in-laws, stepchildren and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 6525 Sapphire Street, Rancho Cucamonga, California, with a family prayer beginning at 10:30am. Internment will immediately follow the service at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 S. Grand Avenue, Glendora, California.

When I was 16 years old, Kay took me into her home and made me part of her family. She was always the mother I never had . The most amazing eyes and sweetest soul. Thank you so much for loving me when no one did♥️.
