Marla Lee Plyley

Pomona, passed away on February 24, 2011, at Mt. San Antonio Gardens in Pomona. She was born on February 8, 1929, in Glendale, CA, and lived in Ontario for 52 years. She was self employed for 60 years. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi (Laureate Mu) for 64 years, and Star Steppers for 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, exercise class, and dancing. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Funk, Marjory Carson; daughter in law, Michelle Plyley; son, Donald J. Plyley; sons in law, Glen Funk, Douglas Carson; her Grandchildren, Daniel & Julie, Edward & Pam, Kelley, Matt, Michael & Sara, Robert, Austin, Nicholas Plyley, Brock, Brett, Bryce Carson, Cheryl & Mohamad Abbani; and 8 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald L. Plyley June 1990. Visitation will be held at 10 A.M. - Graveside Service 11 A.M. on March 2, 2011, both at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Avenue, Ontario, CA. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to San Antonio Community Hospital Foundation, 999 San Bernardino Road, Upland, CA 91786 or online.
