It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marlene Garcia Delgado of Chino, California. Marlene left us at the age of 77, entering eternal rest on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Born in San Bernardino, California, on March 19, 1948, she lived a life rich with passion for music, dancing, cooking, and camping, and was an active part of the Boys Republic annual Della Robbia wreaths in Chino.
Marlene is survived by her devoted children, Michael, Margaret, and Raquel, and cherished grandsons Benjamin, William, Joseph, and Julian, and great-grandson Logan, along with her loving brothers Ricardo and Joey, and her sister Stella. While her legacy continues through those who remain, she also leaves behind the tender memory of her son, Eddie, who predeceased her. They carry forward her remarkable legacy of love and kindness. Described as possessing a magnanimous spirit and a loving heart, she treated everyone like family, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
