He was born on September 9, 2001 in Upland, CA to Victor Salazar and Sara Moreno.
He spent majority of his life growing up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. He was a brother, son, cousin, nephew and grandson. Always smiling and spreading joy to others, Matthew will always be remembered by many family and friends. He lived a very accomplished life always pursuing what made him happy. He loved his job working for Morongo Indian Reservation as a Corporal, working towards becoming a Sheriff. Matthew excelled at everything and anything he put his mind to. He would have made an excellent Sheriff one day
