It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mina Craig Cooper of San Diego, California. Mina entered into rest at the age of 96 on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Mina was born June 23, 1927 in Arkansas to Thomas and Willette. Mina continued her education and received her associate degree. Mina had a career of being a county eligibility worker. Mina had over 25 years of experience.
