Paul Howard Matter

Paul Howard Matter of Upland, California passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the age of 92. Paul was born to John Matter and Edith Caraveau on April 3rd 1930 in Dodge City, Kansas. Paul graduated high school and went on to college. Paul was a project administrator for Aerospace for over 35 years. Paul and his family have been residents of the Upland area for over 52 years.
