She was raised in Pomona and attended Philadelphia, Fremont Jr. High and Garey High School. She remained active with the Garey High Class of 1969 class and reunions. She attended Cal Poly and continued to work for Gemmels for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jerry. She leaves behind her cousins, family members, and close friends.
A graveside service for Penny will be held Friday, April 23, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Pomona Cemetery, 502 E. Franklin Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766.
