It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Richard Lee Bowman of Chino, California. Richard entered into rest at the age of 71 on Monday, October 30, 2023. Richard continued his education and received a bachelor's degree. Richard had a career of being an Aircraft Technical Writer. He had over 32 years of experience. Richard is survived by his wife, Kathleen.
