Robert "Bob" Lewis Walker

Obituary of Robert "Bob" Lewis Walker
IN THE CARE OF

Draper Mortuary

Robert “Bob” Lewis Walker, 86, passed away on July 9, 2026. Bob was born on March 28, 1940, in Los Angeles, California, to Glynn and Gloria Walker.

Bob served in the United States Marine Corps, a commitment he carried with enduring pride. He earned the M-1 Rifle Cal 30 Marksmanship badge and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. Recognitions that reflected steady discipline and faithful service. True to the words he often shared, “Once a Marine Always a Marine,” Bob’s devotion to duty and country remained a lasting part of who he was.

Bob met Judy when she was waitressing in a diner, the beginning of a life built on love and shared days. He was deeply proud of his children and grandchildren and his generosity was felt most clearly in the way he showed up for his family.

In his personal time, Bob found contentment in simple pleasures: fishing, and playing games with the grandkids. Those closest to him will also remember the warmth behind his familiar words, “Love It". A small phrase that captured his appreciation for life’s everyday moments.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Glynn Walker; his in-laws, Fredia and Harold Lee; and his best friend, Art Strack.

Bob is survived by his wife, Judy Walker; his son, Robert Walker; his daughter, Sandy Triboulet; his brother, Glynn Jensen of Idaho; his grandchildren, Tyler Triboulet, Katie Walker, Tanner Triboulet, Saschelle Hicks, Jacob Walker; and his great-grandchildren, Alaya Triboulet, Hudson Hicks, Benjamin Triboulet, Andrew Triboulet and a great-grandson on the way in September 2026.
