Soledad was born in Grove, Kansas on December 1st, 1933. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Soledad worked and retired from the City of Pomona for over 30 years. He raised his children in Montclair.
Soledad is survived by his son Michael and his wife Teri and their two boys. His daughter Anita and her husband Troy and their 5 boys. He also has a granddaughter from his son, Mario.
Soledad has 8 grand children and 16 great grand children.
Soledad also leaves behind his brother Paul and many nieces, nephews, and cousins both here and in Topeka, Kansas.
