Teresa Behnke Foltz of Fontana, California passed away at the age 68. She passed on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Teresa was born August 30, 1953 in Virginia to father Arthur of Pennsylvania and mother Geraldine. She earned a master's degree and was a Naval officer in the military. Her career expanded for over 26 years. Teresa was a San Bernardino resident for 33 years.
