Born on December 28, 1988, Thomas was a radiant soul whose kindness, laughter, and generosity touched everyone he met.
Thomas was a man of extraordinary gifts — a talented musician whose melodies carried peace to weary hearts, a culinary professional who poured love into every dish he created, and a nature lover who found God’s presence in the whisper of the ocean breeze and the stillness of a mountain trail. His joy was found not in possessions, but in the simple act of bringing happiness to others.
Those who were blessed to know Thomas remember his gentle heart, his selflessness, and his unending compassion. He lived with a rare grace — always ready with a smile, always putting others before himself, and always believing that kindness could heal. His light shone brightly in this world, and though it now burns in heaven, its warmth will remain forever in our hearts.
Thomas leaves behind his loving father, Jales A. De Mello, his devoted mother, Josiani Alves Silvestre, and his beloved brother, Jales H. De Mello. His family and friends find comfort in knowing that Thomas now rests in the arms of the Lord, reunited with the angels, where music never ends and peace is everlasting.
As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the gift of his life — a reminder that love never dies, that faith overcomes all sorrow, and that the soul lives on in God’s eternal embrace.
"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?" – Psalm 27:1
