

Victoria Rose Tercero, age 93, of Ontario, California passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Victoria was born February 24, 1928 in Los Angeles, California to Jose and Celia Ramirez.
Victoria lived her life with energy and enthusiasm. One of her earliest ambitions was to be a folklorico dancer. Victoria took pleasure in humor, some of her favorite shows were the Carol Burnett show and Golden Girls. Her favorite color was turquoise, and she loved solving crossword puzzles and playing Skip-Bo with her family and friends. Victoria always gained a special satisfaction from hearing her favorite song, "Let It Be Me" by The Everly Brothers.
One of Victoria's greatest joys was the family she bore with her beloved husband Federico Tercero. She loved to be surrounded by them and share the stories and adventures from her life. One of her proudest moments was to have lived to see her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren!
In the professional world, Victoria did bank teller and data-entry work for several well-known banks and financial institutions. She was a proud team member of Wells Fargo, as well as Union Bank and Security Pacific at various times throughout her career of over 15 years.
Victoria was proud to be a woman of God. She was devout in her faith, and always strived to set the example and raise her children to live a Godly life and know Him more closely.
Victoria is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Celia Ramirez, her husband, Federico Tercero, her siblings Harold Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, Jose Ramirez Jr., Margaret Lomeli, Beatriz Samuels, and baby brother Gilbert.
To cherish her memory, Victoria leaves her children, Anna Garcia de la Cadena, Richard Tercero, Daniel Tercero, Adam Tercero, Maria Velasquez, Cynthia Simmons, and Marcella Gradias; 27 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, and beloved extended family.
The funeral service for Victoria will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762, followed immediately by a reception from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
