Since you've been gone I have wanted to write something here and have not been able to express my feelings in words. I know I never told you how much you meant to me and how important your part was in my life. I loved spending time with you and my sister as a child. You were always there for us kids when we needed you. You were the Dad we didn't have growing up. We had a special bond between us and you will always have a special place in my heart forever. I will never forget you. Rest in peace with Sharon the love of your life....it makes me so happy that you are together. Until I see you again. I love you

Well it's coming up on a year and my heart still aches so bad. Football is starting and I miss calling you to tell you it's on I don't think I will ever get over you dying. You were the one person I could always count on to be there for me. I love and miss you my hero

It's 2 months since you have passed and my heart is still hurting. I still find myself picking up the phone to call you to tell you football is on, not a day goes by I don't think of you and miss you terrible. I love and miss you so much. Forever in my heart and thought's I Love You

I cant believe its only been 2 months I feel like its been forever since I heard your voice or seen ur face.I miss you so much.I know that is selfish of me because I know you are in peace, but you would understand my selfishness and tell me it was ok. There are so many things I miss about you. My heart and life will never be the same without you. It's a month today that you passed away. I am still not sure how to move forward, I miss and love you so much.

Virgil, we will miss you dearly, like the other grandpa in Daniel's life as he was growing up.  Thank you for all the things you did for our family and being a great father in law to my brother.  We love you dearly.

Thank you Virgil for your teachings. It was an honor to work with such a fine person. Words can never describe the gratitude I have towards you. You will always be remembered, as people like you are hard to come around in life.

Virgil, I never told you in words that I loved you. But I always thought of you as the dad I never had. You gave me the sisters I will cherish always. I will always hold you in my heart. The world will be a little dimmer without your smile. I love you Virgil.

 Virgil you were very instumental in my career. Your dry sarcastic sense of humor always kept on my toes and made me smile and laugh. You always found a way to get the job done no matter how difficult task. All the times we called you at the last minute and you made it happen. Thank you for everything you did and the support you gave. It was a pleasure to have known you  and work with you.
