Amy Lou Sayre, 60, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving family while home in Mansfield, Ohio. Born July 7, 1964, to William and Dora Mae (Berginc) Noble in Irwin, Pennsylvania, Amy’s life was filled with love, laughter, and creativity. Amy was passionate about arts and crafts, music, and movies. She attended many classic rock concerts and hosted an annual Oscars party with friends and family. She was an avid camper and cherished the outdoors. Amy was the magic behind Christmas and any holiday celebration. She was a talented baker and her yearly signature toffee would bring joy to those she shared. Her home was a true reflection of her spirit - filled with personality, music, and pets. She was a constant source of support for her children and husband, always encouraging them to pursue their dreams and standing by them through all of life’s challenges. Amy’s loving heart and joyful presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, creativity, and unconditional love.
Amy is survived by her husband of 34 years, Earl Sayre; daughter, Brooke Sayre (James Grega, Jr.); son, Adam Sayre; brother, William Noble III (Janice); and cousins, Nikki Hineman and Lynne Clemente. She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be a gathering of friends and family on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at 100 South Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario, Ohio. Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario is honored to serve the Sayre family.
