Clarence was one of six children to Leycester and Mary (McDaniel) Branham. He was born on May 6, 1951 in Mansfield, Ohio. Clarence was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. A hard worker, Clarence was retired from AK Steel and also was the owner of Red Lantern for seven years. Clarence was a member of the Shelby Moose Lodge. He and Frances shared 52 years of marriage with many memories made traveling together on their beach vacations to Folly Beach, SC.
Clarence lived every day- day by day, to its fullest and appreciating every second. He was the life of the party and loved by everyone with a ton of friends. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, riding his motorcycle and 3 wheelers. He loved watching the Browns and Ohio State as he was a diehard fan.
He is survived by his wife, Francie Branham; his children, Brian and Marie Branham; his grandchildren, Marissa and Marshel Owens; his sisters, Judy Perry and Irene Sparks; his sister-in-law, Barbara Wentz; many nieces, nephews; and great life-long friends. Preceding Clarence in his passing was his parents; his sisters, Lorraine Kitchen and Phyllis Diehm; and his brother, John Branham.
Guests will be received from 12:00-1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington Springmill. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm. Clarence will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park.
