David cherished every moment spent with his family, and his love for them was evident in everything he did. In addition to his family life, David was known for his infectious laugh and vibrant personality, which brought joy to everyone around him. He enjoyed hanging out with his wife, kids, and grandkids, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever.
As the Director of Process Engineering at CNG, David was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to his profession. He had a contagious laugh and a charismatic personality that made an impact on everyone he met. Known for his willingness to lend a helping hand, he touched the lives of many.
Davey was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Dana Niss, with whom he shared 34 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family that included their four children: Riley Kelly (Zack), Jayde Niss, Griffin Niss, and Londyn Niss (Logan). He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Piper, Payton, Tatum, Bexley, Preslynn and Leo.
David is also survived by his mother, Judy Niss; siblings, Linda Cook (Werk), Calvin Niss (Sherri), and Daniel Niss (Brenda); as well as his father and mother-in-law, LeRoy and Patricia Graphenteen; sister-in-law, Kelli Michels (Todd); brother-in-law, Blain Graphenteen (Sheri); and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Niss; and his sister, Lisa Birdwell.
His presence will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will remember him for his laughter, sense of humor and unwavering love.
