Judith Ellen Metz

Judith Ellen Metz, 76, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Avita Health System – Ontario. Born March 26, 1947 in Lewis, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Harvey and Joyce (Harrington) McGee.

Judith was a 1965 graduate of Mansfield Senior High and previously worked as a Pharmacist Technician for Kerr Drugs. She enjoyed living in Florida for 20 plus years with Sanibel Island being her favorite place. Judith loved her animals, reading and being around people especially her family.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Metz; her son, William (Debra) Gibson of North Carolina; her nieces, Tammy (Bradley) Howell and Caitlin McGee both of Mansfield; and her nephew, David Sheriff of Mansfield.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kristy Gibson; two brothers, Robert McGee and Harvey McGee, Jr.; and her sister, Marion Sheriff.
