Louise Krutsch, 83, passed away peacefully following a surgical procedure in Cleveland, Ohio. Formerly of Medina, she spent the last 15 years living in Mansfield, Ohio, closer to family and surrounded by a community she came to love. She most recently resided at The Waterford, where she had many friends.
A retired registered nurse, Louise devoted her life to caring for others with kindness, warmth, and an unwavering sense of compassion. She was a woman of deep faith, known for never meeting a stranger, and for her great sense of humor and infectious laugh that brought joy to every room she entered.
Louise had many passions throughout her life, including travel, sewing, and spending time with her friends and family. Among her many adventures, her favorite journeys were her two trips to Israel, which held special meaning for her.
She was a devoted wife to the late Roy, and a loving mother to her sons Scott and David. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy; her son Scott; her sister Marian Ennemoser; brothers Andrew and Paul Jakobsky; and her parents, Pauline and Andrew Jakobsky.
Louise is survived by her son David (Wendy) Krutsch; daughter-in-law Suzy Krutsch, and her cherished grandchildren Mallory, Ethan, Shayna, and Shianne. Her legacy lives on through the love she gave and the lives she touched.
A celebration of Louise’s life will be held on Saturday, September 6th at 2:00PM at Hope Lutheran Church, 2010 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, OH 44906. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation in her memory.
