Born on November 8, 1961, to Donald and Mary (Bradshaw) Ogle, Mark lived a life defined by love, loyalty, friendship, and family. He graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1980.
A proud veteran, Mark honorably served his country, carrying with him throughout his life the strength, dedication, and loyalty that came so naturally to him.
Above all else, Mark was a devoted family man. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Rebecca Hunter-Ogle; his children, Ashley Ogle, Nick Ogle and his wife, Christina Ogle, and Heather Beh and her husband, Chye Beh ; his cherished grandchildren, Grayson, Adonis, Weston, and Hannah and her husband, Brandon Wagner; and his precious great-granddaughter, Elliott. Being a grandfather brought Mark tremendous joy, and the love and pride he had for his grandchildren and great-granddaughter were immeasurable.
Mark is also survived by his beloved parents, Donald and Mary (Bradshaw) Ogle; his sister, April Smith and her husband, Gregory Smith; his brother, James Ogle and his wife, Christy Ogle; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and his beloved dog, Maggie, who held a very special place in his heart.
Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Ogle, who passed away in 2017.
Throughout his life, Mark was blessed with friendships that stood the test of time, including his lifelong friend, Jim Adams, and cherished friend, Darren Harless. These friendships were built on countless memories, years of laughter, and simply enjoying life together.
Mark loved fishing and spending time “with the boys.” He appreciated the simple things in life—the kind of moments that often become the ones remembered most. Whether he was fishing, telling stories, laughing with friends, or surrounded by his family, Mark had a presence that will never be forgotten.
And then there was Mark’s laughter. It was the kind of laugh you remembered—the kind that filled a room and became part of the memories you carried with you. Those who knew and loved him will forever be able to hear that laughter in their hearts.
Mark loved his family fiercely and completely. His family was his greatest pride, and the love he gave them will continue through his children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and the generations to come.
While his absence leaves an immeasurable void, Mark’s life will live on through the stories told, the laughter shared, the fishing trips remembered, and every moment his family gathers together.
In accordance with Mark’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Instead, Mark wanted those who loved him to gather in celebration rather than mourning. A celebration of his life will be held one year following his passing, where family and friends can come together to share memories, stories, laughter, and honor a life so deeply loved.
A beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, veteran, and friend, Mark Anthony Ogle will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and forever loved.
