I had the pleasure of meeting McGinnis during his service in the military. His soul was bright, it was protected, but bright! Some of my greatest early adult memories are with McGinnis and we had the times of our life! He had a very warm heart and he always laughed and joked and I do mean always!  To his family, I pray for healing and understanding.
