Penny was a graduate of Clearfork High School. She worked at Richland Bank and School Specialty.
Penny lived life to the fullest, from traveling with her husband, to trips to Myrtle Beach with her friends. Penny was a hard worker and gave 110% to everything she did, from working in her yard to making a beautiful home for her and Doug to enjoy.
Penny married the love of her life, Doug, on November 6, 2013, on the beach in Cancun, Mexico. Together they moved from Ohio to North Carolina and then to Florida.
She was an avid Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Penny is survived by her husband, Doug Noble; her mother, Patricia Johnson; brothers, Todd and Liz Murray of Paulding, Matthew and Erin Johnson of Perrysburg; sisters, Tina Jagt and Angela Mceuen; brother-in-law, Kevin Noble of Shelby; and nieces and nephews, Jacob, Raif, Nora and Anne Johnson, Tabitha, Craig and Lacie Smith, Tyler, Austin and Aiden Noble; and numerous great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends who were like family.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Douglas Johnson; brother, Mark Johnson; and niece, Amanda Murray Blinkey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 pm at Wappner Funeral Directors and Crematory-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, conducted by her brother, Rev. Todd Murray. A private graveside service will be held at a later date for immediate family.
