Steven D. Diamond of Mansfield passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Mount Vernon Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 65.

Born April 23, 1957, in Mansfield, Ohio, he was the son of the late Walter and Audrey (Charleton) Diamond. Steve was a cross-country long haul trucker for over 30 years. His faithful co-pilot, Queenie, accompanied him on the drives.

Steve is survived by a brother, David (Cheryl) Diamond; eight nieces and nephews; and many grand-nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Wilson officiating. He will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park.
