

Barbara Jean Miller, 87, of DeBary, Florida, passed away on June 13, 2026.
Born on March 14, 1939, in Tampa, Florida, Barbara lived a life marked by love, creativity, and devotion to her family. She was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. Throughout her life, Barbara touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and ability to make everyone feel welcome.
Barbara had a passion for crafting, quilting, and sewing. She found great joy in creating beautiful handmade treasures for family and friends, and her talents were evident in every stitch, quilt, and project she completed. Her creativity was more than a hobby—it was an expression of the love she shared with others. The keepsakes she created will continue to serve as cherished reminders of her thoughtfulness and care.
Family was the center of Barbara’s world. She treasured time spent with her loved ones and took immense pride in watching her family grow through the generations. Her greatest joy came from gathering with those she loved and creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband, Jimmie Rowe; her children, Mary Huerta (Jerry), Robert “Jimmy” Brewer (Joni), and Cheri Picha; more than 70 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, including three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Francis Bedingfield, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Barbara will be remembered for her loving heart, creative spirit, quiet strength, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of those around her. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply, the friendships she nurtured, and the many beautiful memories she leaves behind.
Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that her love and influence will continue to guide them in the years ahead. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763, US, on June 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Garden Of Memories, 4207 E LAKE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33610, US, on June 18, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
