Mrs. De Alba was born on June 20, 1927 in Patillas, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Eugenio and Ageda Rodriguez De Alba. She was united in marriage to Justino Rolon, who preceded her in death in 1987. She was a lay minister who enjoyed communicating with everyone. She also enjoyed gardening, reading and taking care of her family.
She is survived by two sons, Justino and Samuel Rolon; and a daughter, Alba N. Rolon; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Ana Morales and several nieces and nephews.
