Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother - Her love for gardening was only exceeded by her love and dedication to her family and friends. Because of her, Grandma is a word that will always be associated with warmth, compassion, generosity and food, lots and lots of food. Leaving Grandma’s without sitting for a meal was a challenge that few overcame. She was the matriarch of the Roman family and will surely be missed.
She is survived by her son, Hector Luis, five grandsons, Paul, David, Philip, Kevin and Luis; two great-grandsons, Anthony and Nicholas and her husband of 74 years, Marcelino Roman, who is 103 years young.
