DeBary, FL age 91 passed away on November 6, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Bettye; son Jon K. Mathews; daughter, Deborah K. Moore; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. Casper was predeceased by his grandsons, Michael D. Banas and Jonathan L. Mathews.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday Nov. 11, 2017 10-11AM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 11AM. Entombment will be in Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City
