Born on October 15, 1927 in Worcester, Massachusetts, he was the son of Bert Z. Keyes and Mildred Cook Keyes.
Answering the call of his country during World War II, he proudly enlisted in the Army, serving with distinction and achieving the rank of Sergeant.
Upon returning home, he married the love of his life, June Hendrickson, raised a family, and built a successful business installing draperies and blinds.
Above all, Clyde was known for his kindness and warm sense of humor. He was also an avid Tampa Bay Rays fan who never missed a game.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, June Keyes; his parents and siblings.
He leaves behind a rich legacy of love and is survived by his children, James Keyes (Sandra), Carolyn Deluca (Mark), and Donald Keyes (Alicia) as well as his cherished 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A Committal Service will be held at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763, US, on July 2, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
