Mr. Aviles was born on December 26, 1930 in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, the son of Pablo Aviles. He was employed in plastics manufacturing prior to his retirement. He had been active in Senders Retreat Adult Daycare and Planet Fitness.
He is survived by his son, Miguel (Aida) Aviles of DeBary, FL; three grandchildren, Michael, Jamie and Carine; and a great-grandson, Avonte; two brother-in-laws, Rev. Pedro (Alicia) Torres and Guillermo (Carmen) Torres and a niece, Myrna LaDow.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martina in 2004.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 16th from 1 - 2 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL., PH: 385-775-4260. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Pedro P. Torres officiating. Entombment will immediately follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City.
