

Eli was married to Mary (Corder) Ellich on February 11, 1977, and together they shared a beautiful life filled with cherished memories. He was a devoted husband and a proud father to his son, Peter (Michelle) Ellich, and a loving grandfather to his granddaughter, Amelia.
A man of strong faith, Eli had a profound appreciation for reading the Bible and a deep interest in history. His dedication to his craft was evident throughout his career as a Boilermaker and Construction worker with Boilermaker Local #374.
Eli was also an active member of the Masonic community. He belonged to Landmark Lodge #383 and Hiram's Daylight Lodge #407 F&AM, was a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Orlando, and served with the Bahia Shrine. He was also honored to be a Kentucky Colonel, reflecting his commitment to service and community.
Eli is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ellich; his son, Peter (Michelle) Ellich; his granddaughter, Amelia; and his siblings: Mary Alice (Ellich) Eischens, Joan Schmidt Hatherly, David (Cheryl) Ellich, Chester (Pamela) Ellich, and Barbara (Scott) Stapleford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, who will remember him fondly.
Rest in peace, Eli C. Ellich. Your legacy of love and service will forever remain in our hearts.
A memorial service for Eli will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
