Mrs. Young was born on November 3, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Cirillo and Lenore Bru Acosta. She had been a secretary at the Department of Children and Family Services for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn; two daughters, Jennifer Chandler and Christina Gregory; a son Michael Gentilucci; three grandchildren, Kyla and Brycen Gregory and Ava Chandler; a sister, Coro Owens, and a niece, Kristine Owens.
She was predeceased by her brother, Ernie Acosta.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 11th at 4:00 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260 with Chaplain David Meyer officiating.
