Orange City, FL age 75 passed away on January 29, 2018. He is survived by his wife Marcia McMahon; daughter Cari Mendola; sons Benjamin, Daniel and Richard; grandchildren, Tony, Cody, Christi, Nora Beth, Gatlin and Dawson; sister, Jackie; brother Marty; several nieces and nephews. Frank served in the US navy and was a proud member of the SEABEES.
A memorial service will be held Thursday Feb. 1, 2018, 7 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home.
