George Vernon Ashers Jr. 68, of Deltona, FL, passed away on April 14, 2021. He was born on April 4, 1953 in Panama City, Panama to the late George Vernon Ashers Sr. and his late mother, Josephine A. Stewart. George was part of the US Government, U.S. Army (Retired), Chaplin, enjoyed playing his saxophone, guitar, listening to music, relaxing at the beach, cooking, and driving his Camaro. George Vernon Ashers, Jr. leaves behind his daughters, Shawnta Ashers and Shanique Ashers; his sons, Vernon Barker, George Vernon Ashers III and Auggie Sanders; sisters, Elvira Ashers, Kimberly Ashers, and Anna Ashers; and grandchildren, Aiyana Gill, Zanola Ashers, and Tyrique Gill.

George was honest, compassionate, loving, and faithful. Condolences may be offered in the online guest book below.
