The years seem to fly by...as I go through another year without you. I always think about what life would have been like should you still be here. I graduated college this past week with my bachelor's. A huge accomplishment that I wish you could have been present for.  Though, I know you're up there cheering me on. There are days that are harder than others and on those specific days, my mind always drifts back to the past. The days of going to Dairy Queen after school...or dying laughing from your stories and the silly things you used to do. All great memories that I could only wish to relive. I now push forward to my Masters's degree. My final hoorah before school is said and done. I love and miss you more each day!! Till next time...

I sit here 5 years later and things are much different now. I've graduated high school and am wrapping up college. I not only got my first car but am now the proud owner of my third and most favorite. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you and the lessons you taught me. I often find myself reminiscing on the old days when we played Wii bowling and you would always get 5 strikes in a row haha. Time is precious and now that I have reached adulthood, that resonates with me so much. I promise that I will spend my time doing the things I love most in this world. So don't you worry. Without knowing, I have subconsciously taken on your trait of giving. I want to see those around me happy and thriving so I will do everything in my power to help them get there. It can be determinantal to my bank account sometimes but it's the memories that matter most to me. Money is temporary but the memories I will make will last a lifetime. Though sometimes I feel lonelier than ever, it is the strength you passed on to me that allows me to keep going. I have big goals and ambitions and I know you are up there watching me slowly reach them. I love revisiting this page every so often and looking through the pictures.  Whenever I am feeling lost, I know seeing your smile will guide me. I love you very much and when we meet again...I have so much to tell you.  <3

My darling coosalie. It is now jan 21 and we miss u soo much.  I am trying to go forward but find it soo hard. Everywhere I look reminds me of something we did together.  I pray every morning  that Our family will get through the day and God grants it. Rest in peace coosalie until we meet again  LUV u sooo much ??????

Israel was one of the most kind loving caring and funny man I've even known he can always cheer you up even if you were having the worst day. He and his family accepted me into their family. He always believed and trusted me . He was like a father to me . He thought me to cook and do everything his way even when I just wanted to give him a break ,and I could always talk to him about everything and he would never judge. I will always appreciate everything him and his family has done and been there for me. Wello was always there for me when I needed him. He always put others before himself and made sure everyone was made happy. He was always there for me and supported me with everything I did. We always went to Walmart together and took trips to Dairy Queen for a little treat every once and I while, but every time we did it put a smile on his face. His smile was a unforgettable one that was contagious and just made you happy. He'll always be in my heart and I know he is watching over me and the family. This is only goodbye for now until the day we meet again :) I love and miss you Wello see you soon....

RIP Uncle Israel....I will always remember your laugh, your sense of humor and how much you loved your family. I'll never forget all the time I spent  at your house. Especially those late nights you all would drink and party and we'd get to play late into the night. And that Datsun car! You will live on in our memories. I love you!

To Lorraine and Family,
When I think of Israel I think of good times, good laughter, good partying, good friendship. I admired his courage in moving his family to Florida when none of us had any thoughts or ambitions in this regard. He was a good person who will be missed but never forgotten. Please know that all of you are in our prayers and we hope for peace and comfort as time passes.

To the Roman family,

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. I hope you know he will always be with you in your heart and memories. His life was well spent by building such a beautiful family and helping create two strong young men who have become great individuals. He will forever live through you so stay strong and know he is free now, he is in a place where he will no longer endure pain. He is your guardian wanting you to live your life and accept his death and continue to become good people. I love you all and hope our support as a family can help you move forward .

My father Izzy was a very kind hearted man.Even though he was stunborn at times, he put his all into everything. My father was a very loud talker. He loved to shop at Walmart everyday for hours but you have to watch him or he would disappear fast. He was the kind of man that would give you the shirt off his back to help you. I love him so much he always knew if I was down and would try everything to cheer me up and he would always make me laugh with his funny dancing. A piece of him will always live on with me close to my heart and will always be missed but never forgotten, because I'm proud to be called his son!

To our Uncle Izzy, you will be missed by all of us. The joy and laughter you gave us every time we saw you was special. May you rest in peace in the garden of Heaven and enjoy our beloved Mama, Papa, and our son Tito! It is not goodbye but until we meet again. We love you.

I remember the first time I saw Isreal  when Lorraine brought him to the house. I thought he was so cool with his mustache and sideburns but when I first saw him dance I thought well he can work on that a little lol. He was always the life of the party. To the greatest Dad and Best Friend I have ever known! Although we didn't see eye to eye at times he was always there for me. He taught me that by working hard and having compassion for others will yield not only the greatest rewards in life but happiness beyond imagination. I will always remember him taking me back and forth from school when I had no license, all the cool family trips to Lake George we went on, and how I used to take him to the store regularly to play the one game he loved so much - Fantasy 5! Those were just a few of the many memories I have of him. They were all good times and I will never forget them! My Dad had the biggest heart and always loved talking to others - at Walmart in particular!  I aspire to be just like him in that regard and vow to continue his legacy. I will make you proud Dad! I will keep the family strong, watch over my Mom, my brother, my niece and nephew! You truly were an intelligent and compassionate man! I'll miss you very much! I love you Dad! Enjoy your rest! You've definitely earned it. I refuse to say goodbye because I am confident I will see him again - in the Paradise Earth that God has intended for all the righteous who serve him faithfully! I was the flower girl at my sister Lorraine and Israel's wedding when I was 10 yrs old and it was one of the happiest days of my life. Israel was very knowledgeable and loved to share his knowledge and experiences with us all. His wife and sons were the most important accomplishments of his life. Israel lived for his family.
