He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Olga Arroyo. He is survived by his wife Nelida "Nelly" Arroyo; his daughters Nelida “Ellie” Perez and Lizette Arroyo Aponte; his son Jason Manuel Arroyo; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and his sisters Lourdes Gonzalez and Carmen Arroyo.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM in the afternoon and 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the evening at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Florida 32763. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of The Lakes Catholic Church, 1310 Maximilian Street, Deltona, Florida 32725.
