John C. Beverly

DeBary, FL age 92 passed away on April 18, 2018. John was born March 20, 1926 in Stone, KY the son of the late Toby and Eva Powers Beverly. He served our country in the US Navy during WWII and Korea and retired after over 22 years as a Senior Chief Radioman. John also owned and operated an A/C & Refrigeration business for 26 years. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing, gardening, bicycling, traveling, played the piano and was an avid reader.

John is survived by his wife of 67 years Betty; daughters Deborah (Peter) Evans, Carol (Gerald) Flynn and Susan (Mark) Graybill; grandchildren, Benjamin Evans, John Flynn, Jeremy Graybill and Bradley Graybill; great grandchildren, Tye Graybill, Jacey Graybill, Alex Flynn, Colton Graybill and Payton Graybill; sisters, Margaret "Faye" Beverly and Anna Russell; several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his grandson Wayne Flynn, 2 brothers and 2 sisters

A graveside service will be held Thursday April 26, 2018 at 11 AM in Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City, FL. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Halifax Health Hospice Care, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129. www.halifaxhealth.org/
