He was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador on January 27, 1936. He went on to marry Evelina Esperanza Villamar.
Jose worked in the hospitality industry for many of year. He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses and he had a passion for woodworking, fishing and photography.
He is survived by his children, Jose and Richard Villamar.
A graveside service for Jose will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
