REV. Kenneth Joseph Palmer,D.MIN, was born on August 8, 1964, in Weehawken, New Jersey, to his parents Oscar and Joyce Palmer. He married Donna J Christman and they had one daughter, Heather Palmer Glave of N.J. She gave him three grandchildren. He then married Deborah Virginia Woolard in 1995, in Volusia, Florida. He helped to raise 2 grandchildren Skyler Leigh Markham and Brendan Calob Markham. He graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute and became a professional Chef. Throughout the years he worked at Peabody’s and was head chef at Cheers. He helped cater an event for Ronald Reagan. He became a Minister and co-founded Men in Knead Ministry, Inc. He was also a Volunteer Chaplain for Florida Hospital many years ago. He had a special place in his heart for the homeless and addicts. He passed away on January 3, 2025, in Deltona, Florida, at 60.
A memorial service for Joseph will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
