Josephine C. Asaro, 86, of Royal Palm Beach, and formerly Deltona passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016 in her residence. She was born on October 15, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York; the daughter of Anthony and Mary Enea. Josephine was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory 3 daughters, Chris Gross (Walter), Ann Marie Peters (Bill), Catherine See, son Frank Asaro (Lucy), daughter-in-law Fran Asaro, grandchildren Marc Paters (Brittany), Jason See (Amanda) and Melissa Gavin (James), Ashley Gross, great grandchildren Beckett Gavin, Gianna Sonnenreich, Jaelyn See, sister Fran McCarthy, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Bill Asaro, Elviro Asaro, Diana Faber, Joseph and June Asaro. Josephine also leaves countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 18 from 10:00 am to noon, at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, with celebration of life services beginning at noon in the funeral home. Burial will follow immediately in Deltona Memorial Gardens.
