Juanita Morris Hawkins, 86, Debary, was called home to heaven on the 19th day of July 2025. She was devoted to her Lord and looked forward to her home in heaven. Juanita was the daughter of the late Charles W. Morris of Sanford and mother, Della Morris Naso, Orange City. She was the loving mother of two children, Len Hawkins and Rima (Hawkins) Smith. She was also the proud and loving grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters, Lendsey Ellis and McKinley Smith, and great-granddaughters, Jordyn and Piper Ann Ellis. Juanita was a legal secretary for over twenty-five years in the Sanford area. She became very involved with the care and education of caged birds when she became the mother of her beloved cockatiels whom she always lovingly called her "feathered angels”, Cinni, Michael, Sunni, Cara and Cody.
A graveside service for Juanita will be held Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
