

She was born on January 11, 1941 in Niagara Falls, New York to the late William A. Riley and Ruth M. Carter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Vernon Hunter Wallace.
She married Vernon on August 14, 1965 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Prior to moving to Deltona, Florida she worked at Domestic Finance in Niagara Falls, New York as an administrative assistant and was a wonderful stay at home mom after her children were born.
Judy and Vern moved to Florida in 1987 and owned and operated, Mr. Softy, one of the original food trucks in Deland and Orange City, where their specialty was breakfast sandwiches and Italian sausage and peppers. She cared for her husband and devoted herself to being a loving, caring nana to her grandchildren. The grandkids kept her very busy with all their sporting and school activities. She was loved by everyone and always had the biggest smile on her face.
She is survived by her loving children, Heather Marie Wallace-Wood (Mark), Wendy Sue Cianchetti (Mark), Vernon Scott Wallace (Mary) and Keith Hunter Wallace (Rebecca) as well as her grandchildren Sam, Carah, Alaina and Tim Cianchetti, Brody and Ty Wallace and her step-grandchildren, Tyler, Jonathan and Nicholas Wood, Casey Yurich and Savannah Schmidt. She is also survived by a brother Wm. Carter Riley (Candy) and Sisters Gail Riley and Pat Berg (Larry).
A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday December 11, 2019 from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. at the Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, located at 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Florida 32763. A memorial service with be held immediately following the visitation at 11:00 A.M. For memorial contributions the family has designated Halifax Health Hospice Care in Orange City.
