Mr. Boucher was born on August 17, 1930 in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Leo and Lillian Tingman Boucher. He had been employed as a project manager building submarines for General Dynamics prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Karen F. Zimmer; a brother, Leo (Charlotte) Boucher of Massachusetts and a sister, Janice (Gilmore) Lester of Massachusetts; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 4th at 10:00 am with entombment at Deltona Memorial Gardens with Father Frank of Our Lady of the Lakes officiating.
