Kim Oliver, of Orange City was surrounded by family when she passed on Wednesday January 27, 2021.
A beautiful and passionate lady with a giving heart and ability to befriend everyone she would meet, Kim will be deeply missed and forever loved.
She was born in Akron, Ohio in 1968 to Susie and Larry Nida. In 1998 she married Mike Oliver (MO) and was a loving and devoted wife until he tragically passed in 2016. Subsequently, she discovered newfound joy and happiness and was excited to begin her next chapter having recently become engaged to Todd Degroat.
Kim had cherished the many special moments in her life with her extensive family and numerous friends. She was a lover of the water/beach, Gator football, NASCAR, and was always looking to host the next event, including countless neighborhood cookouts. Kim also adored her many special pets throughout the years including Squishy, Rusty, Toby, Marley and, most recently, TJ, Tank and Lulu.
Survivors include her devoted fiancé Todd, loving parents Susie and Larry Nida, and her sister Jackie (Chris) Walsh, niece Alyssa (16), nephews Joe (14), and Drew (13); along with many other loving family members and a circle of good friends.
